
Jerome was educated in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom and he obtained his engineering Masters degree (with first class honours) at the Imperial College, University of London. After he had graduated, he worked as an electrical and electronic engineer in the United Kingdom. Jerome then read the law at the BBP Law School, London and then obtained his LL.B. degree (with upper second class honours).
Jerome was admitted to the Hong Kong Bar in 2006, and he was appointed for half a year as a Deputy Adjudicator at the Small Claims Tribunal in 2014. His practice covers a broad range of civil and criminal litigations. Jerome has provided a substantial number of advices and has attended hearings/trials on land disputes (including adverse possession and the Small House Policy), personal injuries matters, contractual disputes, defamation, matrimonial and family disputes (including constructive and resulting trusts), wills and probate, shareholders’ disputes and cross border commercial disputes (including mainland, the United States, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and the British Virginia Island) and disciplinary actions (including the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Estate Agents Authority and the Chinese Medicine Counsel of Hong Kong).
