Presenters 講者介紹
Lin Bai 白麟
Partner, RongYing Law Firm 北京融英律師事務所合夥人
Mr. Bai is the founder of RongYing Law Firm. He focuses on complex commercial dispute resolution, representing clients in litigation, domestic and foreign arbitration, enforcement proceedings, regulatory proceedings, and investigations, etc. Mr. Bai provides legal services in a wide range of areas, including investments, trade, competition, corporate governance, IP rights, land and construction, employment, compliance, etc., notably specializing in foreign-related matters.
A case represented by Mr. Bai was selected to the list of the first batch of “Selected Foreign-Related Cases” by Beijing Lawyers Association in 2019, and Mr. Bai was listed on the PRC Ministry of Justice’s list of “National Top 1,000 Lawyers in Foreign-Related Legal Services” in 2018 and nominated “Case of the Year” by China Business Law Journal in 2017.
Mr. Bai obtained his LLB. and LL.M. degrees from Peking University, Tsinghua University and Duke University. He worked for a number of top PRC law firms and is qualified to practice law in China and the New York State of the United States.

Dan Gao 郜丹

Mr. Gao has more than fifteen years of legal practice experience, focusing on civil and commercial dispute resolution, particularly in handling complex commercial disputes. Mr. Gao has in-depth research and extensive practice experience in the areas of investment management, equity investment, energy and minerals, Internet, and land and construction, and was named by Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Lawyer”. Having acted in over a hundred litigation, arbitration, enforcement and special procedure cases in the Supreme People’s Court and people’s courts at all levels as well as major arbitration institutions with outstanding outcomes, Mr. Gao is widely held in high esteem by his clients and industry peers.
Mr. Gao obtained his LL.B. and LLM. degrees from Peking University and Tsinghua University. Prior to joining RongYing, Mr. Gao worked in top-tier PRC law firms for many years. Mr. Gao is qualified to practice law in China.

David Ning 寧博爾
Partner, RongYing Law Firm 北京融英律師事務所合夥人
David focuses on the practices in international arbitration, complex commercial litigation, and internal investigations. He has acted for multinational corporations and high-net-worth individuals in international commercial arbitrations under numerous arbitration institutions, including the ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, CIETAC, BIAC, LCIA and CAA. David’s experience covers a wide range of industries, including private banking, private equity, heavy industry, IT, and telecommunication, etc. He has dealt with disputes and investigations across multiple jurisdictions, including mainland China, Hong Kong Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, Japan, and the United States.
David holds a B.A. degree in Korean and Japanese from Peking University, an M.A. degree from the Ohio State University, and a J.D. degree from the University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining RongYing, David worked at Quinn Emanuel’s Hong Kong office. David is a native Mandarin speaker and works in English, Korean and Japanese. Mr. Ning is qualified to practice law in China.

Harris Ji 季紅海
Expert Consultant, RongYing Law Firm 北京融英律師事務所外聘顧問, 前北京市檢察院檢察官
Mr. Ji is a criminal expert consultant for RongYing. He has extensive experience in the resolution of major and complex disputes across criminal, civil, and administrative approaches; the prevention and control of corporate criminal and administrative risks; the corporate internal review and investigation; and the criminal defense and prosecution, among other practice areas. Before private practice, Mr. Ji had been a public prosecutor in Beijing Municipal People’s Procuratorate for 20 years and worked on a large number of cases classified as material and extraordinarily material, involving financial and economic crimes, duty-related crimes, and smuggling crimes.
During his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Ji had been awarded “Model Prosecutors of the Capital City” , “Backbone of Public Prosecution of Prosecutorial Authorities” and other honorary titles and participated in the revision of relevant judicial interpretations of the Supreme People’s Court and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate. Mr. Ji is qualified to practice law in China.
