Denis Chang’s Chambers (“DCC”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy and our use of your personal information is governed by this Privacy Policy.

As a controller for the personal information we collect and use about you, DCC will treat your personal information as confidential and in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486 and other applicable data protection laws. Your personal information will only be shared with others in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  • Instructing a barrister of our Chambers;
  • registering on DCC’s website;
  • contacting us by email or through our website; or
  • subscribing to receive our publications (including legal insights, case commentaries and news)

you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We will collect your full name and contact details (such as phone number, email address and postal address) from you whenever you engage with us. If you subscribe to receive legal insights, case commentary, news or other updates from us (via email or other formats), then in addition to the above we will collect details about the sector and organization in which you work, your specialization, and the type of content that you would like to receive.

We warrant that we will not disclose your information or personal details to any other third party without your approval other than is set out elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

If there are any changes to the way in which we use your personal information, this Privacy Policy will be updated.
