Denis Chang’s Chambers is delighted to announce that our Member Tim Parker has been recently recognised as a “Future Leader” in litigation by Who’s Who Legal 2020.
The Future Leaders series identifies the market leaders of the future from across the global legal community. Tim is one of only seven Hong Kong barristers named to the list.
Tim’s practice spans advocacy and advisory work in public international law, constitutional and administrative law, competition, regulatory, and civil / commercial matters. He practices both in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, where he is a member of Blackstone Chambers.
Recently, Tim represented the applicant in Infinger v Hong Kong Housing Authority [2020] 1 HKLRD 1188, together with DCC’s Geoffrey Yeung, in which the High Court quashed the Housing Authority’s policy of excluding same-sex couples from eligibility for public rental housing.
