Application for judicial review against the Co-location Arrangement and the creation of the Mainland Port Area at the West Kowloon Station under the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link (Co-location) Ordinance (Cap. 632). The Court of First Instance granted leave to the applicants to apply for judicial review but dismissed the substantive application.
