Denis Chang’s Chambers co-organises career sharing session with Cambridge University Hong Kong and China Affairs Society

As part of our commitment to nurturing young talents, we held a career sharing session in Chambers on 10 September 2021 for Hong Kong students currently studying at the University of Cambridge. The lively session was organised in collaboration with Cambridge University Hong Kong and China Affairs Society (CUHKCAS) and attended by students from various disciplines such as law, economics and medicine.

Hectar Pun SC, Annie Leung, Isabel Tam, and Cambridge University alumni Ian Chau and Jasper Wong shared personal stories about their professional journeys and provided insights on a wide range of topics that the students raised – including the fundamental question of whether to practice as a solicitor or a barrister.

This sharing session is part of CUHKCAS’ Social Innovators Programme, which aims at inspiring and cultivating social awareness among the Society’s student members.

We would like to thank CUHKCAS and all participating students for visiting our Chambers and taking an interest in our barristers’ work. We wish them every success in their academic studies and career, whichever path they choose to take.
