Details of the seminar

In this first part of the two-part series, we will provide an overview on practical tips and case updates on interlocutory injunctions in different practice areas such as defamation, breach of confidence, commercial fraud, arbitration, land and employment cases.

The second part of the series will take place on 9 October 2019 from 2:30pm to 5:40pm, in which we will discuss interim reliefs in other practice areas such as reliefs concerning companies, matrimonial and probate cases. Stay tuned!

2:30 Overview of general principles, procedures and usual pitfalls in interlocutory injunctions, and practical tips on non-disclosure orders in breach of confidence and defamation cases

  1. proprietary, Mareva injunctions and ancillary orders in commercial fraud and tracing cases, and
  2. anti-suit injunctions enforcing arbitration agreements.
