Details of the seminar
In this first part of the two-part series, we will provide an overview on practical tips and case updates on interlocutory injunctions in different practice areas such as defamation, breach of confidence, commercial fraud, arbitration, land and employment cases.
The second part of the series will take place on 9 October 2019 from 2:30pm to 5:40pm, in which we will discuss interim reliefs in other practice areas such as reliefs concerning companies, matrimonial and probate cases. Stay tuned!
