As the only Chambers in Hong Kong to be ranked in “Tier 1” for Administrative and Constitutional Law, Denis Chang’s Chambers (“DCC”) is proud to have wholly contributed to the authorship of the inaugural Volume 34(1) — Judicial Review and Juries in the Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong series. 

The publication is the collective work of 10 DCC Members — Professor Johannes Chan SC (Hon), Hectar Pun SC, Carter Chim, Isabel Tam, Anson Wong Yu Yat, Geoffrey Yeung and Andrew Lau as co-authors and Albert Wan as one of the Research Assistants for the Judicial Review title; as well as Randy Shek, Flora Lam and Ted Chan who contributed to the Juries title together with Professor Johannes Chan SC (Hon).
