Valerie was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2019. She specialises in company and commercial matters with experience in insolvency, shareholder disputes, civil fraud and asset recovery. She has acted as sole advocate for various multinational corporations and high net worth individuals.
Valerie is also well versed in family law, and has ample experience in ancillary relief proceedings, Hague Convention applications, Cap. 481 matters and MHO Part II inquiries. She also regularly handles land, probate and regulatory matters.
Prior to obtaining her law degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Valerie read International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Valerie is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and she accepts instructions in all areas of work.
