Annotated Ordinances of Hong Kong: Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap. 221) (2025 re-issue version)

Randy Shek of Denis Chang’s Chambers was invited to be the annotator of the 2025 re-issue of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap 221). This latest re-issue will be published by LexisNexis Butterworth this month.

This annotated volume contains the most up-to-date case law and commentaries on all the sections of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance. The text provides essential guidance to legal professionals in navigating various procedural issues that may arise in conducting criminal cases.

He is also particularly experienced in handling cases involving young offenders.

Moreover, he is also experienced in handling conventional crime, white collar crime, SFC investigations, and serious crime, including sexual offences and murder.  He has conducted trials and appeals in all court levels, both as led junior and on his own right.
