Denis Chang’s Chambers welcomes new tenants Annie Leung and Tiffany Yau

We are delighted to welcome Annie Leung and Tiffany Yau as our new tenants. Annie joins us as an established practitioner of 15 years’ call with significant experience in criminal, civil and public law matters. Prior to joining Chambers, Tiffany served as a Judicial Assistant to the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal and completed her pupillage with various practitioners including Chan Chi Hung SC, Earl Deng and Tim Parker of Denis Chang’s Chambers. 

Annie Leung

Annie has a broad criminal practice, where she has acted as both defence counsel as well as acting as prosecutor-on-fiat at trial and appeals at all levels of Court. Moreover, Annie has a wide public and administrative law practice which has seen her appearing and advising in cases involving constitutional law, human rights, discrimination law, and reviews of government’s or other public authorities’ decisions. She was appointed as an external Investigator and Conciliator of the Equal Opportunities Commission. 

Annie’s active civil practice ranges from matters including contractual disputes, family law, personal injuries, building management, to employment, commercial law, land and property law. She is also an Accredited Mediator where she is frequently instructed as a mediator in cases of different nature and varying complexity.

Tiffany Yau

Call:  2021 (HK)

Tiffany joined Chambers in 2021 after completing her pupillage with Mr Chan Chi Hung SC, Mr Clement Lau, Mr Earl Deng, Mr Tim Parker and Mr Justin Ho.

Tiffany obtained her LLB from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with First Class Honours. She went on to obtain her BCL from the University of Oxford with Merit overall and Distinction in Commercial Remedies.

Before being called to the Bar, Tiffany was a Judicial Assistant to the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal from 2019 to 2020.

Tiffany is developing a broad practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
