Ross Yuen Appointed as Member of the Panel of the Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance)

Denis Chang’s Chambers is delighted to announce that Ross Yuen has been appointed as Member of the Panel of the Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance) for a period of three years with effect from 1 January 2026. 

The appointment is made by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury in exercise of the powers conferred by section 65(1) of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Chapter 112) and delegated to him by the Chief Executive.

Ross Yuen

Ross has his practice mainly in property law (including Chancery, Trust and Probate) and commercial law. He regularly acts in compulsory sale and adverse possession cases. Advising on other land related matters such as conveyancing, building management and tenancy is also his regular practice.
