Vivien Leung Contributes to HKCMAC’s Book on Legal Principles in Relocation Cases

Vivien Leung has contributed to the new publication titled 《天涯海角親子情──調解移居個案的法律原則和介入手法》 by HKCMAC (香港公教婚姻輔導會), which was launched on 30 January 2026.  

In Chapter 3, co-authored by Vivien, the discussion focuses on several key legal aspects, including: 

• Legal principles affecting children of separated families leaving jurisdiction of Hong Kong

• Legal principles governing international and cross border abduction of children in Hong Kong 

This book serves as a valuable resource for family practitioners, mediators, and legal professionals dealing with cross-border family conflicts.
