Vivien Leung speaks at the Cross-Border Family Law Conference in Shenzhen

On 23 August 2025, Vivien Leung was invited to speak at the Cross-Border Family Law Conference held at AllBright’s Shenzhen office. 

Jointly organised by 深圳市律協婚姻家事法律專業委員會, 廣東省律協婚姻家事法律專業委員會 and 深圳市法學會粵港澳大灣區法製建設青年研究會, and hosted by AllBright’s Shanghai and Shenzhen offices, the conference focused on the theme of Challenges in Cross-Border Family Law Cases. 

Vivien and Elsie Liu, partner of Haldanes, each delivered a presentation on family law and practical considerations in family law practice in Hong Kong. Anita Leung and Shirley Chan from Haldanes also attended the conference from the Hong Kong side. 

2025年8月23日,梁婉雯大律師受邀出席在深圳舉辦的《跨境婚姻家事——疑難案例研討會》並發表演講。  

本次研討會由深圳市律協婚姻家事法律專業委員會主辦,廣東省律協婚姻家事法律專業委員會、深圳市法學會粵港澳大灣區法治建設青年研究會協辦,上海市錦天城律師事務所及上海市錦天城(深圳)律師事務所承辦。與會者就跨境婚姻家事案件中的熱點、難點問題展開了深度研討。

梁婉雯大律師與何敦律師行合夥人廖學思律師就離婚資產安排和香港家事法中的實踐發表了演講。來自何敦律師行的梁慧源律師以及陳美均律師同樣作為香港代表出席了會議。
