Denis Chang’s Chambers joins community engagement with the Law Society at the annual gala dinner

Members of Denis Chang’s Chambers (“DCC”) are committed to giving back to the society. Organised by the Law Society of Hong Kong, the annual flagship event, the 14th Recreation and Sports Night was held on 10 November 2023. This year, the dinner teamed up with charity partners, namely Agency for Volunteer Service and Special Olympics Hong Kong, to make use of this well-attended evening to raise awareness and foster community engagement by creating positive impact on the lives of those in need, and to promote respect for all athletes participating in local and international competitions.

12 DCC members – Hectar Pun SC, Jerome C.W. Liu, Frederick Fong, Earl Deng, Richard Yip, Rachel Wong, Isabel Tam, Ian Chau, Anson Wong Yu Yat, Tara Liao, Vivien Leung and Matthew Suen – participated at the dinner, themed “The Silk Road” at the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel. The theme beautifully ties in with the Belt and Road Initiative, as it celebrates its 10th Anniversary this year, symbolising the spirit of connectivity and cultural exchange.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the organiser, the Law Society of Hong Kong, for inviting us to this joyful and meaningful event.
