Denis Chang’s Chambers Maintains Tier 1 Rankings in The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific 2025

Denis Chang’s Chambers is pleased to continue to be ranked as a Top Tier Set in 7 practice areas in The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific 2025 guide for the Hong Kong Bar. Chambers has maintained its Tier 1 rankings and achieved excellent results across 7 practice areas. Individually, a total of 22 members are featured, including 2 Leading Silks, 14 Leading Juniors and 7 Rising Stars. 

Chambers is delighted to be described as the “leading force in judicial review litigation” achieving a Tier 1 ranking in Administrative and public lawfor the 4th consecutive year, with Hectar Pun SC recognised as a Tier 1 Leading Silk. Carter Chim acts for both public bodies and private individuals in competition law, and is acting in Competition Commission v Linde HKO Ltd & Ors, a novel abuse of substantial power case in the Competition Tribunal involving an enforcement action against a foreign company purely based on parental liability. Emily Ting also handles a growing number of competition matters.
